Neil Sheather is Director of Pinnacle Securities, Managing Director of Mejority Capital, Responsible Manager of Australian Financial Services Licence 485760 and Responsible Officer on Hong Kong License AZJ721.

Starting his career in the financial markets in 1996 as a SEATS operator with Comsec, Neil has held roles on both the buy side and sell side as an equities dealer and derivatives trader. He was formerly the Managing Director of CMC Markets Stockbroking and ASX listed broker, InvestorFirst Securities.

After gaining extensive international experience as a founding partner of CFD provider, Markets Plus, Neil went on to further strengthen his expertise in trading various asset classes including equities, commodities, currencies and fixed interest.

Neil holds an MBA and several financial markets related post-graduate qualifications.

Director, Pinnacle Securities Pty Ltd

Dale Klynhout is one of the original Directors of Pinnacle Securities Pty Ltd in addition to being appointed a Responsible Manager of its Australian Financial Services License 485760. Since its inception considerable time and effort has been spent on improving the organisational structure of the gradually-expanding investment team to make the execution of our investment process more seamless and efficient.

Approaching his 10th year in capital markets, Dale is responsible for delivering on mandated client investment objectives. He does this at Pinnacle through the formulation of dynamic asset allocation processes to achieve return outcomes and by providing investment leadership. His career has been spent growing capital markets divisions for an investment bank as well as boutique environments in both Australia and Hong Kong. Since his early days, this included the formulation and design of investment management philosophies for a wide range of private and institutional clients, intermediaries and boutique offshore hedge funds.

Dale is an analytical, performance driven strategic and innovative thinker with the ultimate desire to improve the profitability of a business by first delivering value to the client.

Dale holds a Master of Applied Finance, majoring in Corporate Finance, Diploma of Financial Planning and Derivatives Advisory accreditation’s in Australia.

Head of Private Clients

Damion is most recently the former Managing Director & General Manager of CMC Markets Stockbroking.

Having progressed through the ranks at CMC Markets Stockbroking Damion commenced as a Head of Options then became General Manager and finally Managing Director before moving over to Pinnacle Securities as the Head of Private Clients.

Prior to this, Damion was Senior Equities and Options Dealer at Andrew West Stockbroking on the Gold Coast for seven years and SEATS Operator and Client Adviser at Credit Suisse.

With extensive knowledge of equities, options and financial markets, Damion embraces innovative technology to streamline the investing and stockbroking experience and was instrumental in progressive technology for the Australian stockbroking industry.

In his role at CMC, Damion was highly involved in the introduction of Australia’s first HTML5 trading platform.
